Thank You !

There is nothing better than after wrapping up an event to get a Thank you from your client. You can really tell when a client is happy and that is what makes all of the long hour, sore feet, and pulled muscles (yes, I pulled my shoulder muscle yesterday and can barely lift anything) worth it!

My wonderful Assistants, Meghan and Andrea got the pleasure of helping Lindsay and Chris with their Sunny August 31st wedding! It was at the beautiful Carlson Towers and it was a wonderful event. Alyssa and Tommy

Alyssa just emailed me some professional pictures from her and Tommy's July 19th wedding and it was worth the wait to see them. The rain reminds me of the day. We were in and out of rain all day and at the last minute we decided to do it outside, at at that very moment the sprinkles started again but did not dapen our spririts! It was just one more special touch to a great wedding! I miss you both so much already!!

The Other Side...

This past Saturday my best friend got married and wow is it different to be on the other side of the wedding, I kept finding myself asking to help, tear down and run the show. I was able to sit back and enjoy the day with all of my friends and family... but it is a little harder than i could have ever imagined. My other best friend and I were the matrons of honor (is that old sounding or what!) so I now know what it is like to feel the nerves of speaking in front of the group! Danielle has always been very orginal and I loved her dress! Very short, sassy and DANIELLE!

It was a fun night catching up and watching one of my closest friends marry the man she loves!

P.S. And yes the three of us all do have blonde hair and look scarily alike :)

Grateful

The one question I have been getting a lot is.... are you slowing down for the year, thankfully NO! This is only the beginning. September is a huge month for us and the fall is filling quickly.. we are so lucky.

This is the time of year that I am so grateful for the wonderful couples I have worked with, but at the same time I get so sad.. I feel like I loose great friends! So stay in touch :)

On August 16th I had the pleasure of helping Gloria and Jake with their Rush Creek Wedding. We started to work together over a year ago and it was so fun to play around with ideas and have them all come to life.
